December and February trips
We chose the house design and the lot in December. In February we chose
things like tile, carpeting, paint colors, lighting fixtures, and lots of other
things right down to door knobs. The lot was still plain dirt in February but
they were getting ready to set the forms and pour the slab.

We liked the interior of this house in the Rock Creek development. We didn't like the stucco exterior. We see way too much of that in California. |

Here is the lot the way it looked in December. Just a half acre of mud with a few trees. |

Lot in February |
|
Not much different. They have deliverd some of the lumber for the concrete forms but there was way too much rain to allow them to do any grading or work on the forms. |
